"We cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day dreams come true at warp speed! From your first e-mail response to post-wedding clean-up you could not have been more helpful! You hung in there while we hemmed and hawed over venues (even though we had less than two months to go!) and you recommended excellent vendors (such as Botanica) who did a fabulous job for us as well. You responded with great ease and flexibility when the Polish Day parade put us behind schedule, making sure that we still got in everything on our agenda. And you hired staff that were hardworking, polite, and courteous. Since last Sunday our guests have been raving about the food (even on Yom Kippur!), from the appetizers through the cupcake wedding cake. The abundant spread was a hit with everyone, from those who've never eaten a kosher meal in their lives to those who've only eaten kosher and, as you "warned" us, checked and double checked that they weren't breaking a commandment during the 10 days! Following Kol Nidre services one of our rabbis even remarked that the food truly was above and beyond the usual simcha fare to which she was accustomed. Needless to say, your good name is now being spread across the land, and we will continue to recommend your services to anyone in need of catering services, even if it's not required to be kosher!"
