were amazing!
The food was wonderful, and so beautifully displayed.
Everyone enjoyed it so much - it was elegant, tasty and
just right. The cake was a winner, Aviva loved it - you
really outdid yourself. It was such a pleasure working
with you and made the whole thing a great experience.
By the end of the evening I had noticed that I had
completely spaced on putting out the gift bags, and
rushed out to get them - only to find that your staff had
taken care of it, there they were, nicely lined up on the
table. Now, that's what distinguishes something good
from something great; I was very impressed (and very
relieved).

Mitzvah. I know that the logistics were
difficult, but you overcame them
masterfully. The food was great, the
presentation was gorgeous (even
overwhelming!), and you and your Staff
were so calm that you put me at ease. We
truly appreciate your hard work and
well-wishes...and we'll see you again in six
years, for our next Bar Mitzvah.
